Your description of your issues taking Iodine remind me of my own first experiences with Iodine.

We need more details of your diet, recent and past health issues, age, etc, to help you clue in more.

Where on your back is the pain? Around which vertebrae, on which side usually?

What is your dental status? Any crowns, pulled teeth, root canals, metal filings?

Have you done any parasite cleansing in the past 3 months?

Do you take any prescription drugs or taken them in the past 3 years? Any herbal or vitamins in the past 4 weeks to 3 months?
