Lugol's isn't the only form of Iodine supplementation and certainly is not the best, in the opinion of some. There are others. You are not the only one to have negative reactions.

There is IOSOL, which contains both Iodine & iodide, only in a different form. You can find reviews on the w.w.w.

Then there's Magnascent, a whole different kettle of fish.
