Re: Some co-nutrient data

Full-flushing niacin (50-100mg) opens up the blood vessels across the whole body, but needs to be done with cosupplements/co-enzymated b-vitamin (jarrow b-right is the nicest I have found and has the niacin in it)

With Mg taurate it helps up lymph flow

really good combined with a good walk (away from heavily traffiked roads) and/or rebounding.

Never more excercise than your body tells you is good, but excercise really helps alkilize the bloodstream (see Dr. Tennant's videos, and book, 'healing is voltage').

If you get migranes/headaches, use Mg taurate, essential fatty acids/cold pressed extra virgin olive oil pulling, some fresh-pressed lemon juice, and a nap. Mg taurate helps relax the bloodvessels in the brain and allows what's irritating it to flow back down.

For lymph flow, also use dry brushing (soft-bristle hairbrush gently on the skin from finger and toetips back towards the liver)

for herx reactions and achey joints/feeling bad, especially after eating or having had digestive enzymes (which break down candida colonies/biofilms in the gut and body):

bentonite and psyllium shakes
or
activated charcoal 2-3 grams with plenty of clean water, give 2 hours break after using p&b shakes or activated charcoal from food/supplements/etc to avoid the nutrients being bound with the charcoal.
activated charcoal is available on ebay in powdered form very inexpensively, but it is also available in capsule form cheap from iherb, etc. The powdered charcoal is good for brushing teeth and pulls (ad-sorbs) unwanted elements (Hg, F, Br, etc) from the enamel via magnetisim. It's a powerful tooth-whitner.

eliminate any flouride-containing toothpastes if you haven't already

Also pantethine (jarrow coenzymated pantethine is good, NOT pantothenic acid) and molybydenum (chelated, 100mg-300mg) breaks a herx reaction right down.
Pantethine still needs balancing with Magnesium (Mg) and the other b-vitamins.

pantethine is a powerful precursor for co-enzyme A activity (glutathione production)

Healthy meats and omega 3-6-7-9 fats are reccommended for recovery from Amalgam issues
digestion support is very necessary to stop meat putrefaction in the gut.

I use digestive support heavily, and every time I hear my husband fart, I snicker a little. My system functions quite a bit differently.

Do you sweat easily?
