Hi! I am very much in the same boat as you. I've completed a few fasts before including a 21 day fast. I have Depression and also believe it's impacting my will to water fast. I've been trying to get going on a fast for about a month now and keep failing I managed 4 days then quit. After that I felt there was no hope. I decided to look at this forum once more and can't believe I just saw your post! I think our mind starts to tell us we don't deserve to be happy and such and such and I know after a long fast I will feel great but I dread the first week. I wish you tons of luck!
