Hi gosslin! What do you mean by "it takes me 5 days to even finish ketosis"? finish? did you mean "get into ketosis"? I thought ketosis starts just as you deplete the liver glycogen, which for most healthy people is 36-48h after the last meal. And then, of course, ketosis does not finish until you break the fast. Ah?
