I've done up to 45 days and got really sick, so called it off :) start weight was 243. I went down to 191 then went up to 210-218 (keeps changing). I'm currently 205.4lbs. drinking almond milk, broth, and juice.
I've done a few water/ dry fast before but never kept the weight off until my last fast which ended in december 2014. It's been really hard trying to get started this time.
Scared about the water fast... esp 40 days but if I can keep going, I shall.
Kids can be hard, fasting or not lol. esp. when It's time for the twins and the mr. to eat.
