For me, Water Fasting can be pretty difficult. I always get dizzy. When I juiced, that was the only time I kept weight off. The pre fast stage can also help. For the longest I was the "all in/cold turkey" kind of person and that was my down fall. No foundation to fall back on. At the beginning of the month, my significant other and I started a Vegetarian Challenge. I was a huge meat eater. I'm hoping that helps me stay on track. Today is my last day of juicing! Omgosh..
The reason I stopped my 45 day fast is because I got really sick... Not a health crisis but too many lost electrolytes. I bathed too much with Epsom salt, too often. Baths were very hot. I drank too much water (things I shouldn’t do). This time I will be drinking electrolytes every ten days or so. I never want to get that way again. I felt terrible… Not a good way to feel when you got little ones. No sick days for mommy. Lol I’ll be having herbal tea. I have some things I’ll be working on while fasting. Whitening my teeth, planning on how I want to end my fast (I’ll be breaking into a juice fast for 3 weeks, then into raw vegetarian for about a month again.) I want to break it right.
We can do it… Very Challenging, Yet Extremely Rewarding.
