I took a "ton" of iodine, plus selenium and other supporting vitamins and minerals. Within a year I managed to raise my temperature from 36 C to 37 C, from then on I could take down one by the other; ailments I had. included adrenal fatigue.

The enzymes doesnt work very well at low temperatures. The thyroid is much about enzymes. vitamin B, magnesium, zinc all have a say in this.
