Those were blood test results from December and end of January. This time, I got a hair test that shows high level of Iodine and selenium. Both of them are at least 10 times the highest value on the reference range.
I read some posts stating that high selenium/iodine levels in the hair means Iodine and selenium aren't being used properly at the thyroid receptors. This can be partially true as my thyroid symptoms have been shifting more and more towards hypo (declining fT3, fT4, and increasing TSH). I feel fatigued all the time as well, and I think it's largely thyroid related.
Maybe what I really have is Iodine metabolism dysfunction, not toxicity.
