I'll have to answer you here. In relation to your last question, I could not come up with the answer column.
Go to http://www.DocSutter.com and get his e-book or go on his forum and look at what cleaning out your colon and liver entails. You must be on an antiparasitic to do all this. It took me years to clean all the poisons and garbage out. Yes, it takes money, but what is your life worth? As far as I know, you can't get well until you get this stuff out of you. I tried everything before I did that program. There's a lot of explanation about things that you need to talk to someone who's been through it about. It's beyond the scope of a post on any forum here.

Coptis is something that will kill microbes and excessive yeast in the body. Mainly the digestive
tract. Regular digestive enzymes are made principally by the pancreas and are protease, lipase, amylase and so on. NO, it's not digestive enzymes.

Castor oil is a good lymph cleanser and will move the lymph if you use the packs.

There is only ONE way according to the physics the body works under that will clean it out. This is the order and how it progresses: colon, liver, blood lymph and tissues. You CANNOT do it any other way and have it work for you. You'll get a detox reaction that means teh cells are detoxing into the blood when the liver can't handle it yet b/c it's too congested. Then you'll be sick until the toxins go back into the tissues. I can't stress the order of cleansing enough.
