Re: Is going for alternative health with aggressive cancer a good or bad idea

Hello Knowledge Seeker, I hope you are feeling well. I followed you to this post from the Essiac tea forum post close to a yr ago? I do not have cancer. Tho i am very much suffering from a chronic condition and getting worse. I initially wanted to know how the Essiac tea has worked for you but could relate to this post so i thought id give my 2cents. I live in ky and depending on what part of ohio you are in i can understand the mindset of people to the most part. Im in very similar situation as you. Low income,no insurance against the typical mainstream big pharma allopathic med mindframe of treatment. Unable to find a decent holistic dr to see when i can afford it in this area and how the reg dr's treat you when you mention your concerns or ideas. I dont think you are wrong or crazy for wanting to do what you are doing. It is wise to research too. But remember no matter what type of treatment you try be it big pharma or homecure, etc every single person is different this means different things affect differnt people in different ways. Even w scripts what works for one may worsen another. ALways remember that. I dont know if you believe in God-I do and prayer can help alleviate some fear, anxiety etc. Sometimes even proffer a miracle. I think God made already everything we need to help ourselves we just have to have faith, and be willing to try and not give up. As well as keep a healthy frame of mind. I believe cancer can be cured. Many have done it in the past. I would start there researching and trying their protocols--what it comes down to is what you believe will work. Fear is doubt. Even if what you believed in doesnt appear to work for you that just means you havent found the right thing. Perhaps start with places like the cancer treatment centers of america and find out what their natural approach entails and research that..there really is alot out there. I remember reading about a dr in the fifties or thirties that had a clinic healing a lot of people of cancer --dont remember the names or the details--juicing was involved and a focus on cabbage in particular. Dr Mercola has alot of alternative leads too. I went to church with a lady that got Breast Cancer and went the traditional route-chemo and all..she survived just fine. But i am like you and know that chemo is a poison that can cause cancer--plus makes you worse in the meantime. My one piece of advice RESEARCH AND RESEARCH AGAIN. read anything and everything you can find on a topic--including all sources NIH to Curezone etc Leave no stone unturned, then weigh it out. If you need someone to talk to Im here give me a shout. Plus let me know if you still do Essiac and any thoughts on that. I will pray for you and hope you find what you are looking for and some support as well.
