I'm afraid there is no perfect answer. Here is what I know:

Trapper at the Iodine VWT Forum recommends 100mg as the minimum Iodine dosage for everyone, and a lot of his members are on that dosage, see this link for testimonials on the 100mg dosage.

Also this: We had our neighbor survive terminal uterus cancer. She was sent to home hospice to die, was given 3 months to get her things in order.
