Re: Kidney pain

I have the same problem. I started with KI from few drops to 2 mg a day for few weeks and then Lugol 5% 1 drop a day for a week than 2 drops a day but my throth was very sore and scracy, my voice was raspy. Then I started on Iodoral 2 pills a day (12.5 mg/day). But looks like my kidneys are very sore. No sharp pain but difuse pain for a month or so, maybe more. Feels like my kidneys are "bloated"???. Any suggestions. My urine is clean, or it looks like that. I should go to the doctor next week to get a urine check....
