What's not clear to me when I compare the Ancient Minerals oil to the Swanson oil is the concentration of the Swanson oil. All it says is that it's a brine. It doesn't say how much of the brine is water vs. magnesium. The Ancient Minerals website says this:

One teaspoon contains approximately 560 mg of elemental magnesium.
