Re: Zechstein Magnesium Chloride (Ancient Minerals) -Really the best and only option?
As I said in my last message. I recently got the Swanson's and I have a hard time telling the difference between the two in terms of texture and feeling on the skin.
Unless it's a placebo effect, the mag oil relaxes me when I apply it to the skin.
The problem that I'm having is horribly dry skin on my palms. Strangely, my skin is not dry in other places where I have applied the mag oil (but it is a bit irritated).
I'mnot taking more showers since getting the mag oil. I think the problem is that my hands have come in contact with so much mag oil that they have severely dried out.
I'm using an aloe lotion, but my hands still haven't recaptured their normal moisture. I've resorted to applying the mag oil with a cotton ball so as to limit the amount that gets on the palms of my hands.
I'd like to continue to use the mag oil, but the han dryness is really becoming a problem.
