Hi,

I just stumbled upon this conversation.

I was having the same problem. I have started using rubber gloves when I apply it
although it does seem to dry the rest of my skin out too.
I think I will try to shower quickly about 30 minutes or so after applying

The gel doesn't seem to create that issue. I bet it doesn't absorb as fast and is buffered by the gel. Of course I rinse the hands off immediately.
