For those using bath flakes:
Ancient Minerals
1.65 pound bath flakes -- $9.75 = $5.91/lb
6.5 pound bath flakes -- $55 = $8.46/lb
32 pound bath flkes -- $150 = $4.69/lb
Say what? (Buy either the 32lb size or the 1.65lb size. The 6.5lb price looks like a "gotcha" for those who tend to assume you get a better price when buying a larger quantity.)
Swanson 2.2lb flakes -- $14.99 = 6.81/lb (The smaller bag of Ancient Minerals is cheaper per pound)
Go figure...

BTW, I'm not an Ancient Minerals fanatic. I use aquarium grade magnesium for baths and oil making -- though I'm now considering A.M. bath flakes for making my oil.
For whatever it is worth, I have tried both Ancient Minerals and the swansons oil, and I can definitely say there is a difference. What is the difference? Not really sure. Texture of the liquid seems different to me - could it be diluted?
Also, how come Ancient Minerals puts a lab report online for every batch they manufacture and nobody else does - something to hide maybe??
