Take in 1/2 of your body weight in water..that is if you weigh 100 take 50 oz if you weigh 200, consume 100 oz.

Regular salt will make yo worst..you need an unrefined Sea Salt like Celtic Sea Salt , Raymond's real salt or Himalayan pink salt. Most health food stores sell one of the other.
Take 1/4 tsp of the Sea Salt s above per quart of water in divided doses throughout the day.
