If you juice you will be getting vitamins and minerals. I normally do a carrot/apple/ginger juice..diluted half and half.
You can do chicken broth too. You just need to let your stomach rest. It's possible you have IBS with constant pain. I'm not sure how bad your pain is, but if you just take in juices and broth for a day or so and the pain is still there, maybe you would want to go back to the doctor?
I've been told the body will heal if it's not busy digesting. I had some stomach pain and nausea before where I fasted for 3 days and after that 3 days, I had no more pain.
But listen to your body. If it's unbearable , you have to make the decision whether you need a doctor or can do it on your own.
