Aww I feel so bad for you. Thats exactly how I felt, wanting to have my life back and enjoy it with my children and just live again. I also had my GB removed when it was only functioning at 11% and Im still mad at myself for letting that doctor take out my organ that God gave me but my pancreatitis didn't start until about a year after my GB surgery but like you I had no Gallstones or anything else.
I also felt no pain when i went to the ER one night when I was hooked up to IV drip of water. From alot pancreatitis forums that i read when you get dehydrated that makes the pancreatitis really painful/Flare-up, most of the time people don't even know there dehydrated and a IV drip hydrates you alot quicker then drinking water.
Don't give up hope you can heal your pancreas if your willing to change the way you eat & live. I've read lots of books on healing naturally. Let food be thy medicine. I believe going on a raw vegan diet with periods of juice fasting is the healing path. Try read The Gerson Therapy. Curing the Incurable By Donald Kelly & The PH Miracle By Dr O Young.
