WOW! I just can't believe how your description defines my syptoms exactly. Black-Walnut w/o alcohol is avalaible at amazon. I just started making my own. I can't believe that that ugly nut tree in the backyard, that I've hated for years is now my best friend.

The "tubes" you talk about on the side of your nose....I call them parasite pods. They are not really evident to anyone but I know they are there.

I just started Lufenuron and I had instant results for the sinus worms. In fact the critters in the pods died and it looks like I have blisters now. So much better!

The throat lump just about drove me crazy. They even invaded my thyroid gland. The Lufenuron has really helped with that also. Unfortunately you will have a sore throat for a while.

I also use Dr, Clark's advice, "Never swallow, always spit."
Better that people think you are uncivilized than to swallow worms. It can be done discretely.
