It appears that everybody missed the point of my first post.

This entire controversy is about those that don't want to believe in the imperfection of the Bible and those that have dutifully studied it's actual origins.

First of all you just can't reason with a fanatic that is unwilling to actually search the origins of the Bible.

If it were so perfect as some here "believe" then why are there so many Christian religions all claiming they have the truth and everybody else is wrong?

The point is and nobody addressed it, if you want to know the truth go directly to the source. James 1:5.

Angels are real and Jesus does visit truth seekers even to this very day, I testify of that.

Angels do visit the fanatics every day, but their closed mindedness is blocking them from hearing. The people that need the answers the most are the ones that refuse to listen.

BTW the New Testament also has errors and interpolations. Don't underestimate the intelligence of the Roman Emperors and their minions.

Anybody that knows the chronology of the Bible is aware that the book of Revelations was not the last written. It was placed last by nobody else but by the Roman emperor Constantine III. He didn't give a hoot about the curse, his empire was falling apart and he just found a good way to keep himself and descendants in power.

Jesus' religion was about opening the mind and living life more abundantly, unfortunately it has devolved into quite the opposite of narrow minded fanatics that endlessly quote a flawed document. Rome still has power over them.
