Re: Need a bit of help, brt_sound_design

Hi Brian et al

Some points I ask for clarification:

1. how long have you used this regime successfully and how do you rate the % recovery?

2. i am just reading about tyrosine lately and want to give it a try and will purchase some from my local healthe food store and try your levels - I have over the last several years tried rounds of just the L-tryptophan and 5 HtP but definitely gave them up because they cause, like the usual doctor antidepressents, severe constipation - at least in this body. the grogginess may be another reason. Does the tyrosine also cause constipation? Also any way around this problem?

3. is liquid aerobic oxygen a good supplement to alkalize the body? (ionized NaCl)

4. do you think the tyrosine can work without the tryptophan?

5. how long does it take for these supplements to start kicking in and how long before they optimize and have they not worked as well after a while like so many supps.

Thank you for your valuable info - I certainly agree with the aerobic exercise and have many times dragged my fibromyalgic body over to the gym feeling like a crumb, by thinking not how i feel now but how i will feel after.
