Re: Grains. Good or bad?

It is the rat and mouse shit that gets in the grain when it is stored in the silos that is the problem. The FDA allows a small amount of rodent hair and feces to be in the grains and pass inspection. Who sifts it out and measures and puts it back? Nobody. It's not the grain. It's the contamination. Whole wheat bread makes me itch. White bread does not. Why? They bleach it out and clean up the wheat to make it white. It has been purified. Less contamination.
