Are grains good for us or bad? I'm still trying to figure it out and feel like I'm twisting in the wind. I've read the usual Paleo books that spell out in detail why they are bad for us, read Nourishing Traditions that says they are healthy; I've experimented with Paleo, the Mediterranean Diet, the SAD, the Drinking Man's Diet and a combination of all of them. What is the truth? Help!
