Potato has 15.5% of carbs which is quite much to me. Carrots have 5.7% of carbs. Accoring to my source, that seems to be in english as well! So here are the links:

To me it is ok if it is under 6% or so, I am not going for extremes, just skip the sweet stuff, bread and bigger amounts of potatoes or rice.

And those carbs are a lot better than processed White Sugar .
