Just to add some digression:
I think i've read somewhere (currently i'm writing from my phone so can't google effectively) ...so, that boiled potatoes have GL/GI almost like pure sugar. Or even worse... Maybe the same goes for carrots... IDK ...

I don't want to start any fight or trolling. I write because I want someone to explain. :) thanks!
