So, i am not a qualified nutritionost nor a doctor.

- bone broth (made without starchy veggies)

- cooked and well blended spinach (diluted as you like) - very very low in carbs
Maybe add some spices to aid digestion...

- extra virgin coconut oil
- 100% MCT oil

...if you crave "real" food afterwards - than diluted or extra creamy paté or something with that texture (without carbs)

Again: This is from my experience and i really don't want to do any harm to you.
