By way of update back 4 years ago I went treating an ulcer with massage, supplements and Egoscue for 6 months and it did resolve this first bout.

But this bout of it returned 8 months ago. I am on a Bach Flower remedy, enzymes this time which seem to help and am getting massage and Ileocecal Valve/gallbladder adjustments.

For me I think the Ileocecal Valve adjustments and stress management are key factors for healing.

I'd suggest to anyone who has not tried a DO doctor to try that.

​No food for 3 hrs before Bed
No fried foods or carbonated beverages
Drink Chamomile Tea
Take Manuka Honey 1 Teas 3 x daily before meals or 1 Tbls one time a day

(Dr. Tieraona Low Dog) on his show said great results with morning symptoms of
Acid Reflux by giving folks
2 mg of Melatonin 30 minutes before bed.
Note: Consumers should be very careful with the OTC (over the counter) Proton Pump Inhibitors, ​like ​Prilosec Nexium, Prevacid,​ and also H2-receptor-blocker​s like​ ​​​Zantac,

The Proton Pump Inhibitors should not be taken longer than 14 days and only 3 times a year.

I am seeing a new doctor- a DO I got immediate relief, but sadly it was temporary - only helped 4 days, still very thankful for that reprieve and hopeful that that relief can be duplicated to last longer.

He did some manual adjustments to my gallbladder and ileocecal valve prescribed a custom Bach Flowers (that is the company that makes the popular Bach Flower Remedies Rescue Remedy Natural Stress Relief -- 0.7 fl oz) formula Enzyme Solutions Formula 32 (180 capsules cost $40+), for the ulcer causing bacteria h.pylori that I tested positive for a local raw honey (Pure Wildflower Honey Raw Local). You could use the Manuka Honey or might be best to find you a local source for Raw Honey. (Want to mention this Note: there is a warning on raw honey to never give to infants under 1 year old.)
