I will try that as well keeping up with the castor oil packs.

My Integrative Medicine Doc has given me Ursodiol 300mg (some kind of Bile salt- I think)) to take 2X per day- but he said that it takes it years to dissolve stones. Wish the more conventional docs would have put me on this when I first discovered I had them last year.
