Did you ever try Epsom Salts . My stone is 28mm and when I feel pain I take 1 tbs epsom dissolved in warm water.
The pain is gone in about 20 minutes.
If it works you can try a pinch several times a day in food or drink.
Epsom Salts is also a laxative depending how much you take.
