I have the same problem and it will sometimes bleed and it prevent me from smiling and not opening my mouth because it hurts. The only thing that really works is Vaseline petroleum jelly. It works for me. Also watch what u eat that may trigger or prevent it from healing.jelly works use it as lipbalm they have it on small jar.if ur at home put as much . mine goes away but when I eat some certain food.. Even fruits. It goes back so I always have the petroleum jelly with me and it really help.. Tweet
