Again understand this... the wires dont degrade... I know hard to grasp. but the water tests silver even by normal archaic water testing means.. with no degradation. The guys at Sth Cross University in Aust, have tested so many samples of "joe" water they just dont want to know him anymore. We even take the equipment to the Uni and have them test it as it comes out as it defies everything they know.
We know if you vary the voltage by just ONE volt it dont work... Your Science says that shouldnt be so... But the water labs tests that it is.
If you are into Space Science you would be better to be inquisitive at least instead of rejecting because it doesnt fit your paradigm
