You might have read at joecellwaterscience about a process developed in 1999 I call, Cross Germination. Where two different species of seed like corn and beans share DNA in the germination process if the seeds are in close proximity in the presence of a BIO MAGNETIC FIELD GENERATION device.
If you google "DNA Teleportation" you will see that a couple scientists from Europe patented the concept in 2009 I think. Do note their process also involves a magnetic field generation device.

Your Laws of biology says it isnt possible. the only way modern Science does DNA work with different species is with the Phrankenstien Science of smashing or otherwise combining different DNA 'genes' using Bacteria as the gene splicing vector. You have to admit that is Phrankenstien and and crop that has this process is completely stunted and worthless for food production by the 5th Generation. As Kissinger said if you control the food you control the entire planet.
The answer to this outdated Science and its Laws is "Field Science".
