To those that believe and have faith. The Holy Spirit is available to all. You are confusing gifts of the Spirit with salvation (with) the Spirit. (edit)
All who have salvation by faith have the Holy Spirit, but that does not mean that all will receive every gift that God has to offer. It is common sense that someone with more gifts will be used of God in more ways and His power may be more manifest....unless, they refuse to use their gifts and then it will be taken away from them and given to someone else. Don't forget that we are the body of Christ and we all have our place in the body. The hands do not tell the big toe that it's job is greater than the big toe.
(1 Corinthians 12) Gifts
(Matthew 25)Parable of the Talents
The gospel is in the bible. If you were born into this world never hearing the name/gospel of Jesus, you would not put your faith in Him. We are that generation who walks in the Spirit who helps us with this task of sharing the gospel. We are told to share this with others.
Romans 10: 8 But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim: 9 If you dec1are with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. 11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
One can not call upon the Lord and believe without the Gospel and the Holy Spirit showing them the Truth. Eyes and Ears must be wide open.
