Re: SIBO caused by fructose malabsorption... help???

You are totally right about my immune system! I had some dysfunctional results on my immunology labs and I was told I might develop another autoimmune disease soon, which totally freaked me out! I always thought immunity was an important issue but my doctors gave me a "nothing we can do about it" lecture.

After reading the information about pH I realized I must be quite acidic. I can't tolerate the Sugar in fruits in vegetables, so I'm going to try drinking Sugar free lemonade (made with Saccharin) and eating green vegetables.

Today I went and bought all the recommended supplements for the Iodine protocol and I hope to get started as soon as possible!! I felt kind of like a stupid consumer for buying all this just based on a whim, until I remembered that I haven't really got much to lose.

I have one question for now. I've had osteopenia in the past and I think I never caught up with calcium. I also read on your page that calcium blocks the absorption of Iodine. I'm suspicious that with my gut in this poor state, I might not absorb Calcium anyway, but do you have any suggestions about how to incorporate it, maybe sometime in the future?
