Re: SIBO caused by fructose malabsorption... help???

Hashimotos is the result of Iodine deficiency. So too is hypothyroid, and hyperthyoid. Everyone overlooks the vital companion to iodine... Selenium. The thyroid requires both Iodine and selenium. One without the other results in thyroid problems. Here are the details on Hashimotos:

The reason for the nationwide Iodine deficiency crises are the toxins of fluoride, bromide & chlorine. We live in a sea of these toxins, and they displace iodine from our cells, leaving us severely deficient.

Dr. Brownstein states that it takes a minimum of 6 months to detoxify at 50mg a day of Lugols or Iodoral iodine with required co-supplements. Fluoride is in our water, toothpaste, soft drinks. Bromide is in our bread, baked goods & enriched flour. Chlorine is used in all over.

It is not possible to eat enough sea foods to detox.

You can easily find out how deficient you are with this easy urine test:

Also include the bromide & fluoride tests to see how toxic you are.

Bests to you,
Grizz
