Thanks for the info Grizz!

I am skeptical to think I would be deficient in Iodine as I recently took a 5 month trip to Japan where I frequently consumed seaweed. I am a little worried to overdose on Iodine as I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis (unrelated to SIBO.) But it's interesting about the stomach acid and I will keep it in mind!
