Re: what should I start out with to get Candida back on track?

ok thanks grizz. i just can't go to doctor at moment though, owe a 150.00 bill there. i'll just do what my body feels is okay i guess. but yeah, been doing penicillin from like 2013 back to 2005 for tooth abscessed that were flaring up, so took penicillin for it. Like 4 daily, for couple weeks each time through the years, whenever it flared up badly. Just the other week it was being annoying and i took some for few days, then it calmed down again.

Regarding what I did yesterday again, actually since I made chocolate cake with peanut butter icing the other day. And I know I shouldn't have eaten any, but I did have piece every morning, then did 1 glass of water with 1 tsp baking soda, and a salt flush. Maybe having the cake stirred up the candida/yeasty beasties, and then hit them hard with baking soda, salt load, and 12 drops of SSKI with co-supplements, which made the big blow out / diarrhea the past few days after doing procedures. I don't know though, just wishful thinking lol.

Todays update, did 8 grams of Vitamin C, and a salt load.. no sign of runny stools/ diarrhea yet. *knock on wood* lol. So that will be 15 grams of Vitamin C today. Still no Iodine either. Just Vitamin C with co-supplements, and took 4 3mg Boron Triple complex instead of normal 3 a day..
