And gotcha about the Vitamin C dosages. I'm trying to remember back in the beginning of starting the co-supplements with iodine, if I had a lot of loose stools then or not. Back then I was only doing 2000 mg daily, because that was recommended dose amount. I think I still had diarrhea back then too. I just assumed it was part of detox from iodine. I remember from this video, about the 42:19 minute mark onward, the doctor mentioned loose stools / diarrhea from detoxing..
