I think I remember what I did today to have a big blow out lol. I've been starting out the day, doing 1 level tsp of baking soda in a glass of warm water. And immediately afterwards, I did the accidental 1 level tsp of Celtic
Sea Salt in 1/2 cup warm water, followed by full glass of water without anything in it.
But I kept the full glass of water until AFTER I had huge blow out, to do the co-supplements before doing
SSKI . I did the normal co-supplements AFTER the blow out on potty.
1 selenium cap 200 mcg
3 triple boron complex 3mg caps
1 magnesium 500 mg cap
1 Riboflavin B2 100 mg cap
2 Vitamin C 1000 mg cap
1 Niacin no-flush 500 mg cap
2 D3 2000 IU caps
2 Super B-Complex caps
Waited an hour or two, I believe it was 2 hours. Then took about 12 drops of
SSKI @ 75 mg per drop. Then waited another hour or two and did another 2 Vitamin C caps, another 1 niacin caps, and another Riboflavin cap.. and didn't get diarrhea then.
I believe the diarrhea happened shortly after the 1 tsp of baking soda in glass of water, and 1 tsp
Sea Salt in water. Not after doing the co-supplements. So maybe doing the higher amount of
Sea Salt this one time did the flushing out of toxins in diarrhea.. Not sure. Anyway, will try the pulse dosing on
Iodine once, and continue co-supplements as normal even when I hold off
SSKI for 48 hours. But yeah, I do try and do the liquid related stuff FIRST before anything else, 1 tsp baking soda in water, and salt supplementing / loading before doing the supplementing and iodine.
