Re: what should I start out with to get Candida back on track?
Thanks again for reply Grizz. :) And yeah, I always take the selenium with iodine. 1 Nature's Way Selenium 200 mcg (yeast free) L-selenomethionine capsules daily.
Yeah, it's tough. :(
Yeah, I was checking out the ingredients / crystals to buy. But wasn't sure how much, and some of that stuff is about 25.00 to 30.00 just for the
Iodine or potassium crystals, then another 30.00 or so for enough
Iodine crystals as well sigh. Then have to get scale that does grams, and distilled water (costs more money) lol. So by the time you buy all this needed stuff, it's costing 50 to 80.00, when I could have bought 2 or 3 bottles of already made
SSKI with free shipping lmao.
I usually get the vitamins from swansonsvitamins.com, cause they seem to be cheaper for us. Amazon and ebay seem to be pretty steep in prices.
It's hard to just stop all
Sugar laden foods and so forth. Because that's basically all the family buys and still has plenty of here at house. So it's hard to escape it.. the Gluten Free / non-gmo is expensive she said, and trying to buy non-wheat breads and foods is hard to find as well. I am trying to cut back on a lot of "bad things" though. And of course I don't drink anymore either, haven't had alcohol for a year or more now.
I'll try and find some coconut oil cheap. There's a food and garden store local that sells vitamins (expensive though) and other health products. I've been having a lot of runny diarrhea since upping the
SSKI dose daily lol. I thought I had diarrhea from eating hot and spicy foods and hot sauces. But I haven't been eating too much hot stuff lately though. I guess diarrhea is part of detoxing?
