Have you ever tasted NAC? It's EXTREMELY sour.

The sour taste constricts, contracts…that could be the "herxheimer" effect one is feeling.

Does Wheldon have a paper that shows NAC "kills" candida? As an antioxidant, I would think it would feed it, but that's just my opinion.

By the way, candida is part of the normal flora in the gut. One wouldn't want to 'kill' all of it.
