Re: At Wits End after Mirena Removal

I'm coming to the end of my Mirena cycle. I already started feeling all of the anxiety and depression. I guess it's normal with the hormonal changes. I think just like pregnancy we have to wait a few months and maybe up to a year to feel normal again. We need to allow our bodies to adjust to the change. I try to keep a positive attitude and convince myself that this too shall pass. Hope this helps.
