Personally, I'm no expert but Dont rely on supplements to take care of all your ailments , they do a lot of good BUT you should consider your diet/physical activity. Consuming more raw fruits/vegetables, fermented foods like sauerkraut. Try a more alkaline diet for a week. When I do those things I notice more energy/better sleep. Drinking ALOT of water to flush your body out. Sometimes you have to go back to basics.
