Thank Gina I'll check these links when I get home again.

Ur posts and replies I find the most helpful they have gotten me through a lot.

I might stick to 800 as I feel a bit better no that half the day has passed after the first 800 dose.

Maybe I'll g down to 600 I just know after 4 days at 400 it has made no noticible difference but 800 seems to of done something albeit small and its still the same day.
