"Yes NB is full of brainwashing..some people have been doing it for years and years and saw no improvements and then say its because they only take the supplements twice a day instead of three! Then there is the copper toxicity myth that they all go on about, its comical to say the least.One of the commonly known practitioners has been doing it for twenty years and isnt 'healed'.
