News flash - nearly everything you can buy in the grocery store is extremely unhealthy.

Why pick on soy? Can we start talking about how unhealthy dairy and meat are now, not to mention the suffering the animals go through?

Trust me on this - if you're still eating meat and dairy, you've got a long way to go before you should start worrying about the health of "soy".
