Last time I did MC, I didn't do the full 10 days--I did 6 days. But when I came off, I ate normally. Healthy foods, lots of veggies, but normal portions and content. I never had any negative side effects.
Is it because you just finished a very long fast? Is there some time period (like 10 days? 21 days?) after which it's *really* important to ease back to eating the prescribed way?
