Your post is great information for people tempted to blow it with foods that are hard to digest.
When I came off my last fast, I took lots of enzymes to assist with my digestion at first. This seems to help me - I was able to eat Thai veggie curry on the evening of day three without a problem. Also may be a good idea to use proper food combining for a while. So if you eat the lobster, just have it with salad and veggies - no carbs. This is much easier on your system. Perhaps the melange of popcorn (carb) with the turkey (protein) was part of your problem last night.
